A Client Questionnaire will be sent to you to complete after your initial phone call or email. When this has been returned an appointment will be arranged to discuss your responses and explore issues in more depth before commencing the therapeutic process. This also gives us an opportunity to meet and gauge if we feel comfortable working together.
